Civilization's rise! It would fun claiming to be a god just because you have a lighter with you. Spook the folks with your ability to call forth from your magic cylinder.

I'd just as soon it be on the rise unless I was in a secure leadership position that was in opposition to the main institution of the civilization, then I say bring that baby down. That way I can make my own civilization.

I'd like to be in a post apocalyptic kind of timezone...no rules, most people dead, and a new society to build...so does that count as rise or decline?
