The Pink Panther theme is also very entertaining!
 I once saw Henry Mancini in concert and it was awesome. Nothing like hearing the PP theme in person by the guy who wrote it.

Eruption and Cathedral by Van Halen

I also like Intruder which leads into their cover of Pretty Woman

Others:

Tequilla
Wipe Out
Linus & Lucy aka The Peanuts theme. I like both the original and the guitar version by Gary Hoey.
Hocus Pocus

Does anyone like anything by Eric Johnson?

Well, I can, but I've heard the entire Der Ring des Nibelungen epic performed live.

I pretty much always think of Apocalypse Now when I hear it, that and a fat lady in a chainmail dress wearing a horned helment. :)

Two other songs also make me think of Apocalypse Now, Suzy Q and The End.
Since I saw the Redux version Suzy Q reminds me of the Playboy Bunnies even more than the original version did. :D
