I guess hes being charged for Capital murder of his wife lacey petterson... anybody think that he was guilty or innocent... or have any thoughts on this at all ?

Damn really ? Well, shes been all over the news lately. She lived right around the corner from me... she was killed and it was poorly covered up.

It wasn't really that bad of a cover-up. Her body wasn't found for like five months, so that's pretty good.

But yeah, the guy probably did it. They just arrested his ass, so I guess we'll all find out soon enough.

He killed her. While I believe it's possible to mis-represent a case in the press, I don't think that's what is going on here. That whole fishing trip thing was just so bizarrely timed....

Should have just weighted her body and thrown it into a mine shaft at
an abandoned mine. Dumping the corpse into the ocean is stuuupid...

Unless you properly weight the body and slash it up to prevent gas from
building up and causing the corpse to float to the surface

Although he is innocent until proven guilty, things are not looking too good for him at the moment. There were simply too many indicators pointing at him through the investigation.

I felt really bad when the news announced they had pulled a mother and child from the water.

This is big news here. Her body was found not too far from where Neolong is.

What a horrible crime, this one really bothers me. How can you kill a women like that. (8 months pregnant) I think he did it or is involved. What I wonder is did the crime happen in a fit of passion or did he plan it out.

As for dumping it down a mine shaft, I dont know why he chose a fairly crowded marina even if it was probably deserted that day. Nearest mines around here are the Almaden Quicksilver mines. But they are a park, so he would have run the risk of being seen by a Ranger.
