Ah, that's Mad Eye Moody and he's in the fourth book.Knife wrote:The crazy guy with the magic eye? Thats the one I am thinking of. Oldman would do wonders with that role, have you ever seen 'True Romance', about the same mind set as his role in that one.

My bad, its been a few since my wife made me read the books. Still, I think that Oldman would have made a perfect 'Mad Eye Moddy" than a Sirus Black.Gil Hamilton wrote:Ah, that's Mad Eye Moody and he's in the fourth book.Knife wrote:The crazy guy with the magic eye? They say, "the tree of liberty must be watered with the blood of tyrants and patriots." I suppose it never occurred to them that they are the tyrants, not the patriots. Those weapons are not being used to fight some kind of tyranny; they are bringing them to an event where people are getting together to talk. -Mike Wong
But as far as board culture in general, I do think that young male overaggression is a contributing factor to the general atmosphere of hostility. It's not SOS and the Mess throwing hand grenades all over the forum- Red

I don't know. Moody always struck me as a really wild looking and demented looking person. Oldman comes off as too in insane in a very controlled way.Knife wrote:My bad, its been a few since my wife made me read the books. I really enjoy this movie. It's the combination of sci-fi with all that humor.
Bruce is cool, I definately like Milla Jovovich and Chris Tucker is hilarious
even if he does get annoying a few times. I also really enjoy the musical
performance by the diva Planalaguna (sp?).

By the pricking of my thumb,
Something wicked this way comes.

That's exactly what I was going to say Other than lovely Milla's...well, every appearance, that was probably the intro to my favorite part of the film.
"Where's the robot to pat you on the back?" Just the look of that goofy elephant-trunk thing made me laugh.
Pain, or damage, don't end the world, or despair, or fuckin' beatin's. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, ya got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man ... and give some back.
