and now, for the question

Just to let all you ectomorphs know, when I was in high school I was a bean pole. I started to fill out at around 20, and I started lifting shortly after. I also eat every two hours, but the point is that, even if you are skinny, you can definately put on SOME weight with training, dieting and patience.
BMI 24.9
That's all you're getting out of me.

I'm 6'0" and almost a buck-fiddy, but my DL says 133 lbs. Probably more like 145 usually, but I never weigh myself unless I'm getting a physical.
And you may ask yourself, 'Where does that highway go to?'

About 141 lbs (64kg), and about 5'5" (1.65m) tall. As you can guess I'm pretty short, but I've got an excuse, LOL.
EDIT: According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website on BMI my BMI is 23.5, a couple of points above the middle of the "Normal" range, though admittedly I really should do more exercise (but I always feel too lazy to, LOL).

5'6", 241.5 yesterday. ~11% bodyfat. BMI, which I put absolutely no faith in, is probably like 50 (EDIT: Oops, just checked. 38.9. Strange that you can see my abs; I didn't think obese people had bodyfat below, like, 30%.)
This time ten years ago, I was the same height and about 100 lbs. lighter at 7% bodyfat. So my natural weight would probably be somewhere around 150 lbs.

Pain, or damage, don't end the world, or despair, or fuckin' beatin's. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, ya got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man ... and give some back.

To expand on what he said, I went both ways. Skinny as hell in my youth, padded out to underwear-model-body in my early twenties. But I've since slimmed up quite a bit, lost most of what I put on in muscle as a vain twentysomething. I'm not nearly as big now as I was five years ago, but extra beef becomes more of a curse when you get older, and when you're a professional with a family, the time you used to spend in the gym goes to other things.Superman wrote:Just to let all you ectomorphs know, when I was in high school I was a bean pole. Note: I'm semi-retired from the board, so if you need something, please be patient.

You're asking a woman her weight? You really want to die don't you...
I'll go with the Innerbrat answer: BMI 22

I weigh between 125-150 or something.
I'm a hell of a lot skinnier than i once was due to lack of eating most of the time.
Cyaround,

I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in his stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Counciler or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate, who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who constantly says: "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I cannot agree with your methods of direct action"; who paternalistically believes he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by a mythical concept of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait for a "more convenient season."
