I don't think Kaworu has any human sexuality, being non-human.

I should note that there is an official sketch or two out there of Asuka and Rei practically feeling up each other, but no one has used them to suggest that the two are lesbians.

I've actually seen quite a few illustrations by the character designer for Eva, Yoshiyuki Sadamoto, that are very explicit in their depictions.

The most recent one I can think of is an illustration of Asuka and Hikari (class rep) half nude and practically in a 69 pose (and no, I will NOT give a link. Find it yourselves if you want to see two 14YO girls like that).

I'm 90% sure it really is by Sadamoto: It perfectly matches his designs for the characters, it's in that very high quality painting style of his that he often uses for chara art, and it features his characteristic angular "Y. S" signature.

As to where it came from, it's most likely from some artbook that Gainax released purely for the fans, and not to be official (as far as continuity) in the least.

I have it. The whole thing is only about 12 minutes long.

It doesn't look authentic at all, and the voices are all wrong, too.

Just a really well made fan animation.

Indeed, it is a fan-made animation, of passable animation quality.

I giggle at anyone who mistakes it for something made by Gainax.

Wow, that's a nice picture.

EDIT: I've looked at the picture I mentioned again, and now I'm starting to think it might be a fanmade fake, not made by Yoshiyuki Sadamoto.

First of all, there's no censorship on the picture. Second, the charaters do seem slightly "off". Third, the signature on the image is "YS11" and not "Y.S".
