Stanley Cup Playoffs

Post by Phil Skayhan »

If you've never been that interested in hockey, turn on your TV and watch either the Colorado/Minnesota or the Philly/Torono overtime games going on right now!

This is what hockey is all about; brutal, relentless, inspirational althelic effort, all for the glory of the Cup.

Gah. I knew that was going to happen. Toronto wanted it BAD tonight and the Flyers were playing like they thought they had this game won yesterday.

I was intermittantly watching the Colorada/Minnesota game.

Of course, I'm going to point and laugh at the Capitals now :D

Damn, I'm going to have to be at school for most of the Leafs-Flyers game. I hope the Leafs pull it off.

Luckily, I'll get to watch all of the Minnesota-Colorado game, though. I just love underdogs!

I'm not sure. Watching the Flyers fold up like a cheap card table in the playoffs is practically a spring tradition around here.

Christ, 2-0 Flyers at the end of the 1st. I've still got hope, though.

And I've still got pessimism. The Wild blew a 2-goal lead last night before they won in overtime.

I take it back. The Flyboys have ripped off the Leafs heads and are shitting down their necks.

Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I come home from school only to find the score 5-1. And now it's 6-1. The Flyers are playing the way I do on NHL 2000.

Yes! The Wild quickly tied up the game 1-1 after Forsberg scored the first goal. Let's go underdogs!

Well, the Wild knock out the Avs!
Huh. 2nd round and the only superstar teams are the Stars and the Flyers, and the Flyers haven't done well in the past few playoffs.
I love it when they keep it interesting!

I don't like watching hockey games, especially in person. To hard to follow where the puck is...

I'm sticking with the Ducks thank you very much.

There's a giant killer in these playoffs, and he wears a beak.
