So it seems that exporting SCUD knockoffs may not be the countries only source of foreign exchange.

I was about to say something about not being sure if this boat was on official gov't business, but then I looked at the tonnage of the boat

Exactly how big would a 4k ton ship be?
"Right now we can tell you a report was filed by the family of a 12 year old boy yesterday afternoon alleging Mr. Michael Jackson of criminal activity. A search warrant has been filed and that search is currently taking place. Mr. Jackson has not been charged with any crime. We cannot specifically address the content of the police report as it is confidential information at the present time, however, we can confirm that Mr. Jackson forced the boy to listen to the Howard Stern show and watch the movie Private Parts over and over again."

Erase exactly and put in roughly t.t

4,000 tons is quite large compared to things like privately owned cabin cruisers, but nothing compared to most modern cargo and tanker vessels, which are often a couple tens of thousands of tons. The world's largest ship is 570,000 tons. I don't have an example of a 4,000-ton cargo vessel handy. However a Perry frigate is about 4000 tons, a cargo vessel would likely be shorter but fatter.

Hears a 6,600 ton freighter. Though keep in mind that there's about fifty ways to measure tonnage, a 5000 ton ship under one system can be 10,000 under another and the media rarely remembers to tell you what method was used.

The layout of this ship is fairly typical of the smaller older ships you find in southern asia.

EVERY ship flying the North Korean flag is on official government business. There's no other kind of business in a Stalinist state.
