PETA doesn't want people eating eggs because it "exploits" the chickens. They don't want people eating honey for the same reason. If an animal is used for anything useful at all, it's exploitation to them. They're probably opposed to seeing-eye dogs.

Depends if I'm having a good day. On a good day I will successfully juggle my 2 eggs at first before cracking them open one in each hand.

On a bad day I dare not juggle my eggs unless I want to get two more and clean the previous two off the floor and usually I take two hands to crack them, pour it, and I'll even get a little egg slime on me...

It's not slime, it's egg white.

Is it slimy? Yes.
Does it come out of an egg? Yes.

That makes it egg slime. End of story.

I can reliably crack with one hand; I like eggs in large frequent quantities

Yes, yes it does, but they get over it, since the process of getting the eggs out involves slicing them open.

I crack the egg with one hand but need to use both hands to open it up and dump it in the frying pan.

I've only cracked eggs a few times, but I'm not too good at it. I usually end up spilling the yolk everywhere, and have fragments of the shell in what I'm mixing it with.

There was a movie (Scary Movie 2?) where some guy was trying to suck himself off with a vacuum cleaner, most hilarious.

I can crack a egg with my left and but Im not quick and its sometimes a little messy. Im right handed so being able to crack the egg with my left and not the right surprises me.

I use to be able to do the one handed crack, but since we started feeding my chickens oyser shells for calcium, I damn near need to crack the egg all the way around on the bowl to get it open. I've accually dropped these eggs from waist hieght(about 3 1/2 feet) on to dry hard soil, and not have them even fracture.

I can crack eggs to some degree with 2 hands. Though I do not really like them. Go figure.

How 'bout some scrambled eggs with a tad of curry powder, with some cheddar melted in and some salsa and a tad of pepper sauce to top it off?

That's my dinner.

Being experienced at the kitchen trade myself, you'd think I could do it. But I never worked anyplace that served breakfast! Only thing we used eggs regularly for was fried rice.
However, the practice it would take to get there would mean a lot of eggshell in my eggs, so I'll stick to the sissified two handed method. Which works EVERY time.

One handed. That's how I learned.

Yes, I'm ambidextrous and love to cook!

I was born as a left-hander but in school they forced me to use my right hand as well. Now I can even draw simultaneously.
