Ummh, if we are talking abouth the VII Cleopatra of Egypt who married with Antony of rome, then I'm sorry but she wasn't african. (I'm asuming by your comment that you refer to her as a black-african?)

Cleopatra was a descendant from the Ptolemaic family which was from Macedonia/Greece. They married mostly within their family (Cleopatra herself was married to her brother at age 17). So Cleopatra was of arabic & mediterranean heritage. As was the case with most of the ruling class of Egypt after the conquest of Egypt by Alexander the great.

If you would check out the popultion of Egypt you would notice that the majority of the population is Arabic not African. This has been true for at least the last 6 000 years.

Define white?
Like most nobility in those days it was considered 'finer' to be pale since it showed that you didn't have to work in the sun for a living.
So most nobles of Egypt had treatments to become paler.
So if you are talking about the color of her skin, then she was most definately pale/olive.

Definately. The difference would be the cheekbones and nose, not the color of her skin.
