Question is, can gun store owners be held responsible for handgun violence where the weapon in question is stolen or illegally purchased (not through a legitimate dealership). This stinks of shit to me.

In other news the National Association of Stupid People seeks to sue gun manufacturers because of a disporportionate number of accidental deaths as well.

Technically they shouldn't be held responsible, but nowadays everyone plays the blame game to avoid liability stuff.

BTW, what does NAACP stand for?

National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.

I hadn't heard of it until I read that article.
