Racism in Star Wars

As a person of British descent, I'm offended that almost every villain in the entire Star Wars saga is a white male with British accent. I think George Lucas owes all Britons and British-Americans a public apology for this ongoing racial slur. I wouldn't be surprised to see yet another British-accented Sith Lord or Military Dictator appear in Episode 3!

I call for a boycott of the next Star Wars Film to protest Lucas's blatant racism.

Yes it would. :lol: I don't think Lucas has offended the Hispanic community yet but I guess he was saving that for Episode 3. So, that way he can have everyone equally pissed at him.

It wasn't obvious to you that Jango and Boba Fett were Hispanic stereotypes?

Jango and Boba Fett were the Pacific Islander stereotype, the Fierce Warrior type. If Jango and Boba were Hispanic stereotype, they would have been drug dealers or petty thieves. Anyway, I think the actors that played Jango and Boba were Pacific Islanders.

I recall one critic claiming that Jango was obviously an "Arab terrorist." Seriously.

I find this racist attitude towards the Empire intolerable! Everyone knows the Empire was the good guys! It's those damn all-american rebels!
