Crappy week

Ugh, Im pretty depressed right now. Alot of stuff happening with my friends and I, and none of its good. One friend had his dad walk out on his family on Monday. Another friend is being set up for a disappointment, she likes my best friend, and thinks hes going to ask her out, except for the large problem of him not planning on asking. He and I in the meantime, are having a huge conflict with my friend Allyse (the one I happen to like), shes going back out with her ex boyfriend, and shes pissed because we aren't supporting her decision. We feel like we've been betrayed by her, because we've been her friends for over a year, and she knew that she had to choose either him or us, because all of her male friends hate him.

Speaking of which, does anyone here know the statuatory rape age limit for Indiana? or where to find it?

Damn. I dont know how old he is, but hes a senior, so hes around 18. Shes 16, so i guess the stat. rape thing wouldnt work in this case. They haven't had sex yet, but I remember her mentioning after he dumped her, that she would have let him if he wanted. I know I'd find out if they did, because her friend Emily is the one who set them up again, and she knows how miserable its made me, and has been trying to rub it in, even gloating about stuff Allyse has done with him. At least the stupid fat bitch is good for something

I did. Looks to me like he could get away with it if he did her. At least, get away with the authorities I mean, her dad would still be fucking pissed at him.
