Favorite Ninja Turtle?

Post by Gandalf »

This obviously is a question not for everyone, as some here are too young to remember the early series, and some are too chronologically gifted.

I always liked Michelangelo because he had a name like mine, and had Nunchuks.

Leonardo just kicked too much ass to not be voted for.

Michelangelo. He has my name (sorta), has the coolest weapon (a sword? Psssh! A stick? Hah! Those other...sharp things....Blech! Numchucks? Kickass 8) ), and he's the coolest guy out of them all.

"Surfs up, dude!"
"Bummer!"
"Pizza!"

And other classic one-liners totaly make him the best.

The question is, is your turtle knowledge merely from the cartoon and the movies or from the original comic? I've only read a few of the comics but they are decidedly darker. I don't think the word 'cowabunga' is uttered with those pages, though I could be wrong.

I liked Raphael.

Then again, I knew the guy who did the stunt work for Raph in the first movie. He also did the 'chuck work for Mikey when Raph was unconscious.

Wasn't that the same guy who was the kid from the second movie?

No, Ernie Reyes Jr. was Donatello's stunt double.

Raph had the mad skeeeeeeelz ... he was the best fighter, like in the movie, and in the comics, he was a smart mouth, he was the only one who cussed in the movie ( " daaaaaaaaaaaaamn! " ) and he had my " ill do what i want " attitude. He was the shit.

Rapheal was a bad ass. I was able to read some of the older comics. They kicked ass. I watched the cartoon all the damn time. I saw all three movies. Though each number marked a suck factor by 20. The archie comics I read a shit load of those. In the first game, it was usually Donatello though, cuz his Bo could go through anything and would whip the shit out of everyone. Then in the arcade games it was usually Leo or Mike because they had better moves. They really fucked Raph over.
