(STGOD) Mob Rules

The City of SDN is controlled by powerful mobs (of which there are nine) all owing allegence to the Boss of Bosses (Godfather Wong)

Figured that since GTA and Mob flicks are popular, it might work.

Note Only Supermods can start a "Family"
Only Mods, & Micro-mods can be "Underbosses"
The Horsemen are the personal enforcers of the Godfather.

Family heads decide what type of Mob you want to be. (Natioality, businesses etc.)

Why don't you open up in the lot next to my place? That way someone could get the coffee that makes them go killing people, the guns that they use to kill people, and the cars they use to get away from that with all in one block.

Alright, BTW I hereby open a request. Starbucks has been cutting into my buisness, your task Eliminate Starbucks. Money and task goes to the lowest bidder, but if you fail I put a hit out on you. Payment comes in either money, guns, coffee, or a combination of the three.
