Don't get me wrong, it looks great. I'm still waiting to see human shapes that don't move like robots, though.

Howedar, we've had those for a while. The character movement in games like Halo and GTA3 were insanely lifelike, and have only been improving...

Entirely home built system. I wouldn't be surprised if TF2 is going to be part of this or will take advantage of the HL2 engine.
