DE-inline ONLY. There are way too many dial-ups that wouldn't be able to see it anyway. And please avoid posting anything above 100k. I'm being a bit generous here. Also, try to limit size to a width of 600. I'd prefer less since I only have a 15" monitor at home, but I'll be nice.

EDIT: Banners in signatures must now conform to 450x100 pixels. 400 would be preferable, however.
