This poll is not very well designed, I think.

Counter-Strike is merely a mod of Half-Life, for starters.

Also, are you considering the fact that multiple FPS use similar graphics engines? JK2: JO uses the Quake 3 engine, while Raven Shield uses the Unreal Engine. They are substantially different games from the other games that use the same technology.

There's also a distinct lack of Battlefield 1942, Tribes, and so on.

America's Army. At first I sucked majorly at it because of my UT2k3 and Halo mentality, but now i'm fairly good at it.

Tho Halo gets an honorary mention. 16 player games of CTF with vehicles are insanely fun.

Yeah, but what would other tell you? If 12 people put Quake, 13 people put Unreal, and 4145 people put "other", it's not a very good survey.

Besides, I'd be willing to bet that almost nobody plays vanilla Half-Life MP anymore, not with TFC, NS, and CS out there.

Of the one there I voted CS, because it has enough little variations to make it interesting.

Otherwise I would have voted for BF 1942 or AVP 2.

The poll just plain sucks, I'd say Rough Spear or Operation Flashpoint.

I'll let my friend MC Hawking speak for me on this one :D

Check it!

The Mighty Stephen Hawking is a fucking Quake god,

I know it's just a game, but I didn't come to play,
the Hawkman cometh and he's bringing Doomsday.
You say, "impressive", I already know it,
I'm a hardcore player and I'm not afraid to show it.
I got a Phd in pain and a masters in disaster,
the mighty Stephen Hawking is a fucking QuakeMaster.

Chorus
QuakeMaster, QuakeMaster.
The Mighty Stephen Hawking is a fucking QuakeMaster.
QuakeMaster, of disaster.
The Mighty Stephen Hawking is a fucking QuakeMaster.

Verse 2
We meet on a server, and I say "what's up?",
when we go at it punk, I'm gonna fuck you up.
Got you in my sights and I'm gonna make you bleed,
get used to hearing this, "you have lost the lead."
Cuz while your camping, I'll be cold lamping,
then I'll kick it in, and your ass I'll be stamping.

All right! Now you know what time it is.
I don't care if you're a newbie, or a low ping bastard,
you step to me in the Quake arena and I'm going to tear you

Yo! It will sound something like this...

Chorus
QuakeMaster, QuakeMaster.
The Mighty Stephen Hawking is a fucking QuakeMaster.

Haven't played them in a while, though. 8)
