The Krytos Star Empire has several thousand rebels in custody that recently attempted to commit genocide against one of our outer colonies with a powerful Bio-weapon. Unfortunatly the senate vote Against putting them to death for their crimes and they were fit with cybernetic implants in order to make them obedient. Quite frankly i want them out of our empire ASAFP if you want them they're cheap

While they are not particularly the sort of slaves we are interested in, the caesar and the Senate agree to take them off your hands. We will pay for brainwiping and neural reprogramming and your empire will be compensated with a minimal fee. I trust you have no objections to us putting them to work in the Trajan mineral mines?

The Prisoners have already been brainwiped and reprogramed. They'll do whatever you tell them too and i have no objections these rebels were planning genocide, they deserve whatever they get

Thank you for the generous offer, but our people will not hear of it. While our citizenry has been known to use implants and prosthetics, it is quite hostile to the idea of such large, sweeping changes to our physiology.

While the freemen/bondmen/lovebound of the Free Floater Republics do not undertand the aversion most heavies have to genemodifications, we understand their right to do as they please. We hope that this will not effect our relations in the long term.

The New Roman Empire's citizenry has a constant demand for more slaves. Many wealthy and middle-class citizens would pay handsomely to import slaves from foreign powers, particularly those with exceptional intelligence and business acumen.

Understand this: Slavery is one of the worst crimes in the eyes of floaters, and the trafficing of slaves is one of the few things Floaters seek to interdict.

Both civilian and military Floater units will actively hunt down slavers in ther vicinity of any Floater cluster. Nations which espouse slavery can expect strained relations with the Floater republics.

The treatment of slavers captured by Floaters depends on the system in which they are captured. The relatively organized Zarathrustran Floaters will free slaves and turn captured slavers over to the authorities, for trials followed by expulsion from Floater territory.

In the less well organized systems, Slaver vessels are occasionally found floating dead in space, with their crews nailed to the outside, bodies turned inside out by the explosive depressurization which most Floaters see as the fitting end to all slave traders.

This being the case, if you value your ill-gotten human cargo, please order your slave trading vessels to avoid systems with floater military presence of any sort.

Keep in mind that this is not negotiable. Even if the Floater governments were to issue edicts allowing slaver vessels to pass unharmed, Floater citizens would violate such a law, and kill slavers regardless.

Likewise, trafficking of slaves through any territory controlled by the Pan-Slavic Republic is illegal, and punishable by no less than a 20 year sentence without parole, and in extreme circumstances, execution. The English word "slave" is a derivation of our ethnic name, and no citizen of the Pan-slavic republic can forget this.

Any vessel trading in slaves or carrying them aboard found in ASE terrirtory shall be seized, the slaves freed, and the slavers/owners sent to work in the terraforming of the mercury-like second planet of the Vahalla system. Any slavers found in neutral terroritory shall be seized and turned over to the local authorities.

And the ASE shall place %200 tariffs on all NRE goods sent to the ASE.

His Imperial Majesty would do well to remember what has happened to the slave-holding regimes that came before him- including the Roman Empire on which he bases his culture!

We will not invade your space to free your slaves- but any slave ships which enter Floater systems will find themselves in a most uncomfortable position.

While we do not approve of slave trading (except in the case of Lifetime prisoners serving out a labor sentience) the Krytos Star Empire will respect the NRE's sovrign rights to conduct trade within it's own territory and will simply not purchase slaves from the NRE

The Nation of Monacora bans slavery in all forms, however we will not force our will on your ways, and will let your use of slaves slip. The two warnings I have for you, though, are that you shouldn't take slaves from us, and that you shouldn't send slaving ships through our teritory, though you might not have laws against slavery we do, and customs will act before we can stop them.

For the amount you require, the cost would be considerable, your operating costs would be as well due to the need to raise the clones. However the same warrior clone might be created thousands of times required, and the need for slave trading with other star nations would be removed as the clones began to come of age.
