What is the cost of this technology?
For the amount you require, the cost would be considerable, your operating costs would be as well due to the need to raise the clones. However the same warrior clone might be created thousands of times required, and the need for slave trading with other star nations would be removed as the clones began to come of age.
The OU protests most strongly this attempt at the imposition of genetic slavery.

With your equipment and our capital, would a joint operation in the Taloran outer colonies be of interest?
Yes, assuming a considerable portion of the produced metals and ores end up in the refineries of the Empire.
Would a sixty percent maximal cap be agreeable? The capital investors do need to make a profit, you know.

(Since one of the PIR's most important export products actually are small arms.)
This will have to be discussed by the appropriate government ministries.
The following materials may be subjected to defence-related tariffs:

1. Complex electronics.
2. Completed vessels, either military or civilian.
3. Fusion assemblies.
4. Gravitic components.
5. Completed armaments.
6 Refined armour-grade metals and ceramics.

No tariffs shall be initially levied, but tariffs may be levied as necessitated by the economic situation. Should they be levied, one Talora Prime month's warning will be provided in advance.

Acceptable, the government naval yards of Kokand may often end up being the buyers for the rest.

There is a surplus of Zarathrustran military equipment, and we will be willling to sell small arms to any powers interested.

Weapons for sale are:
Fletchers: magnetic weapon which fires hypervelocity projectilers the size and shape of sewing needles, at an extremely high rate. The weapon's advanced electronics scan the target and change the depth to which the needles will penetrate before exploding, making Fletchers excellent weapons against both armoure dnad unatmored troops. Floetchers have no recoil, and are excellent for both zero-g and high g combat. We have enough units to equip 1000 soldiers.

Jazzers: Magnetic weapons which fire sprays of miniture grenades, used largely for boarding actions. Available with both HEAP and HEAT rounds. Enough units to equip 250 troops.

Hellthrowers: Short-range plasma weapon, heavy, requires backpack fuel and power source. Effective against all targets, even heavy tanks, at shorter ranges. Sort of a superhot flame thrower. 100 untis available, backpacks wil be provided.

Razorwhips: Melee weapons designed for use during boarding actions, 4 meter long monofilament thread cuts easily through huamn flesh, come equipped with microthrusters, allowing the weilder to manipulate the razorwhip in zero-g combat. 100 units avialable.

Gropeners: Melee weapons designed for use in zero-G boarding actions, uses a microthruster to control this rounterrotatinf microchainsaw blade in combat. 200 units available.

All these weapons are available for sale to any power except the NRE.

You offer only 1500 units total? The Kokand Empire can supply custom built light weapons by the millions easily.

The Krytos Star Empire wishes to state our aquisition of four small uninhabited planets on the edge of our space. One of the worlds has a vast supply of raw materials which we would like to sell the rights to

OOC: should i have made a new thread for this???

The Zarathrustran Navy is not a commercial organization, we are merely dealing with some excess equipment.

Additionally, Floater small arms are some of the finest zero-g usage weapons available. 1500 are enough to arm a batallion of marines up to the level of Floater space marines. Of course, you will have to provide your own pressure armour...

The actual game hasn't started yet so you shouldn't be claiming worlds that are not part of your starting declaration. This is just a time to conduct diplomacy.

And a battalion of troops is a pittance for a modern war. Acquiring so few weapons, which require an all-new maintenance and supply chain is simply an effective way to waste money.

I doubt anyone would object if you did. Phongn is only around sporadically this week.

Right now time could be considered stopped within the STGOD galaxy and where all conducting diplomacy to build up alliances and treaties. That basically simulates past history. Eventually Phongn will create a sort of master thread and time will begin moving. In that thread we all begin maneuvering our forces and engage in various activities.

-shrug- You don't have to buy them. The price is quite low, and ammunition for such weapons is easy to manufacture or aquire. They would be particularly useful to elite units, such as royal guards or space marines.

We have contacted our three largest mercenary organizations, and have made available surplus military-grade equipment to them. They are very well respected among the soldier-for-hire community, and should serve your needs well. Their pay will help our economy when they return home and purchase goods and services. Thank you for contacting us.

The Krytos Star Empire is willing to buy your weapons provided that we can continue to buy ammunition cheap or set up our own Munitions factorys to supply ourselves with ammunition.

Excellent! a pleasure doing business with you. May these weapons serve your armed forces well in the future, and may your credits serve to keep the budget of the Zarathrustran Navy well-balanced.
