I can't speak to your personal experience, but the much greater muscle mass of a typical man requires a considerable daily caloric intake just to maintain. Fat, on the other hand, requires very little maintenance. That is why a typical man will eat more than a typical woman even if he has a lower body fat ratio.

In the city where I live, all girl is on some type of freaky diet and when I bring one to a restaurant - I usually takea soup or a cold starter then beef or some kind of wild meat - the best they can do is to chew a salad for an hour.

The worst is that I feel ashamed because I eat like normal people do...

There are several reasons that it could be the girls are seemingly hungry all the time.

1. They're all on a sports team of some sort or actually work out.

2. It's that time of month. My appetite always soars during that time.

I may be skinny but I eat a fair bit each day, especially in the summer when I'm quite active. You should see me at BBQ's, I'll have my plate piled high with a couple pounds of beef, pork, & chicken, which pisses off my mom because she's become a freakin' health nut and thinks I'm going to die from eating like that. Normally I eat about the same amount as my 185 pound police officer friend, and that's a good deal of food.

Its just you. But I do notice that women can't help but eat a guys fries, chips, mini-eggrolls, ect. And I don't say this as anything against women, its just that most of my male friends (I emphasis most, not all) tend to adhere to a strict code of not taking food from another unless pushed a second or third or tenth time.

Put a man and a woman on the same calorie diet, the woman will STILL have more body fat. Its biochemical. If you have surplus calories you either build muscle, fat or both. Men have all these nice androgens which make building muscle much easier. Women have other biochemical triggers that make building and maintaining fat easier.

In any event women having a higher percentage of body fat is a good thing ... what do you think boobs are made out of
