Looks pretty nice, looking forward to the idea of nebulae to hide in, that was one of my problems with Homeworld, there was no map based strategy other than the way you went through your resources, I hope they do the nebula thing right. 
Dont like the look of the pulsar beams on those corvettes (or whatever they're called), I think its just the purple hazy look, give me an old school ion cannon any day of the week. Except today.
