book four, in tear. he is at the height of his oratory skill, and knows the wot world as well as the average.

An interesting thought for you. Would Hitler, placed in a magical/psionic realm, have such abilities? His hold over people, though sadly explainable, was often ascribed to be almost inhuman in nature. Perhaps in a world where such things are possible it would therefore take on elements of the unnatural.

Also, this is probably the wrong forum for such a (rather macabre) topic.

It won't do him any good because by the time he got any sort of power, Rand would have a very large army complete with Asha'man.

Some, but taken as is he would make a rather good orator of the Whitecloaks if he wanted any real protection.

And Rand honestly be the least of his worries.

He'd be a good replacement for Pedron Niall, in other words. Instead of placing him in Tear (where Rand and the Aiel would emerge victorious either way), he might do better in Amadicia.

Personally, I don't think it would work unless he were a Darkfriend, and a Darkfriend that despises channelers (although not hard to find) would be somewhat pointless. Especially if one in power.

But if he were in Tear, after Rand took over, I am sure that Hitler would be taken before the courts, and eventually debted and executed beyond what he could afford.

Asha'man aren't around in Book 4. In this book, Rand takes over Tear with the Aiel. Gotta remember to keep your timeline straight.

I know. Note I said by the time he got any sort of power. The Asha'Man appear around a year later. I doubt Hitler could rise to power, amass a powerful army and launch a successful war of conquest in a year. You'd be better off putting him in Randland around the time of the Aiel War.

Probably not be able to do a whole lot. The Seachen Empire seems pretty set in, so I doubt there would be much he could do as Emperor. Communication across the sea would mean that his control was limited and he'd be relying on the nobility to control the Return.
