Yes, you have 4 in favor, just need one more.

Other open issues are the the trade sanctions against the NRE which also needs one more to go ahead and the recreational pharmaceutacle legalization act which needs one more to be thrown out. ITA members, If you haven't voted already, please do so.

The Free Floater Republics would like to remind all the members of the ITA that the vote to place heavy tariffs on the New Roman Empire for their inhumane and antilife policy of slaveowning is still unpassed. We need more yea votes to help bring an end to the suffering of those held in bondage by the Roman aristocracy!

The ATJ continues to not recognise the sovereignity of vessels, military or otherwise, within its territoy and deems to inform the ITA that any attempts by them to interfere with the internal or external monetary and trade policies of the ATJ will be met with the most severe of repercussions.

That's ok by us. We don't force others to have free trade- we merely trade freely with one another, and work to defend that right. You don't have to have anything to do with us.

That is regretable. Should you ever wish to open up trade, The DE would be more than happy to open our borders to your merchant fleets. May probability not smite you, and may the scientific method give you solutions to all that troubles your people.

Perhaps a genemodded cultural liason should be sent to decipher the ATJ's psychology, to assist our relations in the future.

The Minmatar call to question wether or not the Monacoran Empire is interested in continued dealings as an ITA member, for clearly the Monacoran Empire considers the need to appease the Romans far more important then it does the wishes of its own trading partners. The Minmatar are growing very displeased at the lack of Monacoran business ethics.
