For the animated hentai and hentai figurines you're probably right. But you're looking at 1 in 6 odds at least one person in a hentai game, manga, and doujin is going to be dropping a Hershey bar. Add Enemas and urination to scat and you get 1 in 3 odds.

Of course it is completely possible to not ever or hardly ever see any scat given the enormous amounts of works available.

Most adult model figurines are just nudes and lewd clothed(sp?) pose figures and most of the retailers; Hobby Japan for example; and E-tailers sale them online. The scat figures are just a niche market figurines.
