They're not posing a serious threat, but if they're well-trained enough, they can be a problem for occupational forces. (Well, this was certainly the case with armed resistance towards occupying German forces in WW2 Europe)

I hope that some day, this kid's car breaks down on his way home from church. Lets see how thankeful he/she is that the tow-truck driver decided to disregard those 'no selling on Sunday' policies. Or perhaps the kid needs to go to the hospital with a broken bone on sunday. How thankful will this person be that the doctors and nurses did NOT follow the "no work on Sunday" policies of the bible.
