You obviously aren't annoying Wong enough. Eventually he'll give you one if you keep pesterign him. He can't exactly ban you for annoying him...I hope. And the worst he can do is tell tell you to shut the fuck up and go away because you aren't getting a title. Of course, he could always just not give you a title ever. Or if he decided to be really evil he'd give you a title like 'Bitcher' or something.

On that thought....annoy him about it as much as you can. I want to see what he does to you.

I'm guessing it's because they're mods, women, you just didn't bother to ask Mike for one, or they clicked on that "PayPal" Icon and sent all their money.
