If you stopped posting would people notice?
If you went for a week or two without posting (without prior warning) how much do you think people would respond?

I say that a lot of people would notice.
Particularly since I know that they have noticed my absence when I haven't been on the board for a while.

I believe in a sign of Zeta.

You'd be noticed, AV.
I like to think people would notice my disappearance.

Well, I don't start many threads, and don't contribute much relative to my post count, so I'd say the only reason I wouldn't go unnoticed is because I'm usually on almost every day, and an absence of several weeks would get people wondering why I haven't posted anything.

I dunno, you may be noticed, you certainly strike me as a "first one" for posting, but I have spent a week or two off SB.com in the past due to holidays or work and not noticed any threads asking about me. Probably won't be the same here, mind.Howedar wrote:You'd be noticed, AV.

Heh, it doesn't really matter, but I guess everyone likes to feel wanted.

I never posted much so I have gone unnoticed.

I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in his stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Counciler or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate, who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who constantly says: "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I cannot agree with your methods of direct action"; who paternalistically believes he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by a mythical concept of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait for a "more convenient season."

I'm guessing that I could escape for a week or two without anyone noticing, but after a month people would begin to wonder and probably start a couple threads.

Hey, at least (most) people wouldn't be celebrating my disappearance

I would not discount the possibility of somebody noticing. Even though when I disappeared for over a week nobody seemed to notice. No doubt somebody did, but they just didn't talk about it. And the STGOD people knew what had happened a few days after I was gone, so there's no way of knowing about them.
I prepared Explosive Runes today.

Probably not, I don't post much at all and what I do post isn't exactly memorable.

Actually, I think you'd probably be noticed.
