Actually he only had her exiled, not killed.

I wish it didn't exist. I mean, wtf? Why are there no GOOD historically based shows? Especially anime? People think anime is for kids because of stupid shit like this. UGH.

I was thinking of watching that show sometime.

and, I think alexander deserves deification, cuz he build his empire while ceaser was just messing around with parties.

It depends on your POV as to who was better. Alexander was out kicking ass while Ceaser was setteling internal unrest. On the whole i'd give it to Ceaser on the basis of what he accomplished long after his death. It's a unique man who gets a royal type title named after him and thats what Ceaser accomplished.

Caesar slaughtered thousands of Gauls in conquering, and was proud of it.. It wasnt just "settling internal unrest". Tho I would say his actions when he was given absolute power were the most noble of all in the 2400 years since Cincinnatus held the same title.

When a man is given the power of life and death over a million people, when hes given the oppurtunity to punish all of his enemies in any way he sees fit, and instead he feeds the poor and gives land back to the farmers who were forced off theirs by greedy senators and patrons, thats when a man deserves deification.

But he wasnt cute nor queer like Alex :p

On the contrary. Octavian would have been a no body with out Julius Caesar, he would have remained Gaius Octivius - exceptional no body. While Octavian was a formidable opponent Julius Caesar was his better in politics and further, warfare.
