I'd initial thought it might be pulling a carriage or something on the street, but there are no ropes or such leading out from it. It would be good to know where exactly this happened.

The only info I got regarding it was that foru horses broke out of the trailer they were riding in and got loose on the Autobahn. Seems to me like its just a tragic accident fer the horsey
