Takin' A Nap
So who here takes naps often? I most certainly do. Now I get enough sleep at night, I get 7-8 hours normally, but whenever I get home from school I'm just bushed and snooze for a couple hours. Not everyday mind you, but usually 2-3 days in the week. Is this unhealthy? And does anyone else take naps often?
*yawns*
Yes, I'm still tired too. *naps*

I never took naps as child or teenager, until my Senior year in high school. Around that time I started to doze off from time to time. But for the most part I try not to nap. If I do , I often have a hard time sleeping at night.
I get really drowsy from 3-6pm most days. Its my natural low point of the day.

I used to sleep for an hour or two every afternoon, and a max of six hours a night. Now I just get six a night with no nap.

I decided against long naps a few years ago; there's nothing more annoying than waking up drenched in sweat.
Although sometimes I will catnap when I need to stay up all night. Dozing off for a half hour doesn't hurt.

Zaia... hmm, my next cat will be called Zaia. My current is called Zooné II (don't ask) and as all my dogs have had names starting with "M", now all the cats can have names starting with "Z". Oh yeah, as for the question, I routinely fall asleep on my bed if I have had to get up for a 9AM lecture (damn things are evil!) but sometimes at night when nothing is going on I may snooze from 1900 to 2100 or so and then get up feeling refreshed and ready to see that nothing is still going on. Then I go to bed or stay up till 0500 in the morning on here.

If you are an active person, naps are good for you. Problem is, when I take a nap I usually take it for six hours. Then, right as I'm about to get up, the cat comes and lays down with me. I can't just leave the cat hanging in the bed, so I go back to sleep again.
My fiance' comes home from school to the cat and I under the blankets with our heads on the pillow. Yeah, life is hard sometimes...
