I think the CBS team had to practice the shoot a few times before their guy got it down, but yeah in the end he was able to pull off the shots. Now whether Kennedy would have reacted the same way when he was hit is anybody's guess. For a shot to have hit him in the back of the head, I would have figured that the bullet would have penetrated the back and blown out the front, not the other way around.
I guess it was probably Oswald, but I think somebody put him up to it. Definitely a lot of mob boys, like Sam Giencana in Chicago or that dude in New Orleans who would have liked to see him go.
