"The war is over, emperor"
"Yes challan, i know"
"The floaters are going to sign a non-agression pact with the NBA"
"Tell them we want to sign those accords as well"
"Task force alpha has arrived at SOL and Task force Omega has returned to Krytos"
"How long before they are fully repaired and ready for action?"
"Their losses will be replaced within two weeks to a month"
"Good"

We of the Free Floater Republics, together with our allied powers (the Krytos Star Empire, The New Roman Empire, The Mensa-Dorian Hegemony, The Monacoran League, and Durandel's Empire) Propose a treaty of Non-Agression with the powers of the New Beijing Alliance (The Kokand Empire, the Asgard Empire, the People's Interplanetary Republic, the Skaven Empire, and the Oceanic Union.) We ask for no conditions, only a cease to hostilities and a return to normal trade relations. We propose that all powers exchange ambassadors.
On that subject, we have yet to receive a freecast from the diplomatic team we sent to the Asgard Empire. We respectfully ask if they have arrived.

Re: Peace Terms
The only terms that the Asgard Empire asks is the immediate withdrawl of hostile forces from Kokand territory. We, the Asgard Empire, will be formally annexing them. It is our intention to tranfer the Kokand military forces into the Asgard military. This ends any threat of Kokand military agression, imagined or real.
In addition to that we can now access Kokand Intelligence Agency files. They were not acting to support O'Neil or his efforts, directly. Instead they believed they were funding legitimate revolutionaries within the Krytos realm. O'Neil apparently used the supposed revolutionaries as go-betweens.

A simple mutual military assistance pact is the main component, though you may of course suggest additional terms which may better serve our nations.Darksider wrote:The KSE welcomes the freindship of the Outworlds Alliance. What are the terms of your treaty?3rd Impact wrote:ATTN: KSE Government

RE: Possible Peace Treaty
The Outworld Alliance would like the opportunity to sign a treaty with the Krytos Star Empire. Our anti-pirate operations in your territory have provided us with valuable data and experience, and we feel there should be an even higher level of co-operation between our peoples.

The Roman Empire will be annexing the Arabian pennisula and all of Kokand's African possessions north of 5 degree mark. Further, as a provision of the peace treaty reparations for the damage done by the preemptive nuclear strike must be paid. The Ionian coast was devestated by the attack; recent reports place civilian casualities alone at over four million. The only terms that the Asgard Empire asks is the immediate withdrawl of hostile forces from Kokand territory. Subject: G-3 mining treaty and Kokand territory
The mining agreement we had with the Kokand Empire on our colony G-3 is now obsolete. If you agree we would like to purchase the Kokand equipment stationed there. We also offer to station PIR ships in the Kokand territory so that you don't have to send parts of your fleet there to protect it, (which would we could make part of the basing treaty.)

Re: Diplomats
We are afraid that your diplomats never reached us. One of our cruisers, on an anti-piracy patrol stumbled upon your ship. Unfortunately we found no survivers. The crew and passangers had been tortured and eventually murdered. Since we lack the manifest for the ship, we do not know if all the crew is accounted for.
Two facts of serious importance should be noted. The ship was, beyond any shadow of a doubt, destroyed by Krytos particle beams. We have matched the patterns and examed metal samples; the conclusion is sure. Krytos weapons destroyed that ship.
Also, the ship's passangers were clearly tortured for information and the computers hacked. Apparently no diplomatic puches were found as well. They hit that ship for a reason, most likely information.

Many of the pirates the OA's expeditionary force encountered in KSE space were armed with similiar weapons. Likewise, many pirates around OA territory have demonstrated their ability to acquire military-grade weapons identical to the kind used by our fleet. Rest assured that our navy is investigating this problem and taking appropriate action.Stormbringer wrote:To: Floater Republics

We would welcome the presence of stablizing influence of the PIR navy. The Kokand navy sufferred heavily and it will take a while to get it on it's feet. Until then we need all the help we can get.
What is your asking price for the G-3 equipment? All we ask is a fair price for it and it's yours.

Thank you for bringing this problem to our attention. It appears the KSE has a greater security problem than it's made us aware of.3rd Impact wrote:Many of the pirates the OA's expeditionary force encountered in KSE space were armed with similiar weapons. PS: You might want to be more discreet if you wish to read the Floater's secure comms.

The Empire also requests that the Kokand-imposed ban on Roman settlement of Mars be lifted.

I suggest that, in addition to the military assistance pact , our militaries work together to hunt down pirate forces throughout the sector the recent aquisition of heavy military grade weapons by pirates in our space (no doubt due to Admiral O'neil's efforts) distress our military commanders the pirates must be hunted down and destroyed3rd Impact wrote: A simple mutual military assistance pact is the main component, though you may of course suggest additional terms which may better serve our nations.

The second Red Dawn class, the 'Spirit of the Revolution', will soon be completed (OOB: construction had started before the start of the TGOD)
and will then join the fleet.
As for the mining equipment: it includes a large number of expensive hightech devices, basically everything from bulldozers up to huge mobile factories. We offer 780 billion PC, since most of the larger equipment pieces aren't assembled and operational yet.

Your offer certainly is certainly fair. Unfortunately, it seems that such arms transfers are not limited to KSE space. There seems to be a considerable Black Market within the OA, one which will be stamped out as fast as it can be found.

One hopes it is merely a black market and not something far more organized. It is certainly a great enough problem even if it is merely disorganized arms dealings.3rd Impact wrote:Unfortunately, it seems that such arms transfers are not limited to KSE space. Thank you. The presence of such a staunch ally and friend will no doubt help ease the bumps of the transition. So far the Kokand have been taking it well but you never know. The ships are on their way.
Excellent. We will be more than happy to provide more equipment and repair parts. The money has been transfered to your account.
