The Minmatar are truely honored by the invitation. However we feel that the Minmatar can best serve the ITA as a neutral power. However, we have noted that the majority of NBA members are also members of the ITA. If all members of the NBA become ITA members then the Minmatar would not hesitate to join. We would become powerful allies, the economic initiatives of the ITA with the protection of the NBA would ensure our prosperity until the end of time.

The PIR votes yea. The PSR is a great nation and will make this alliance even stronger as it currently is.

Due to division in the Duma over which Alliance would best serve our interests, the PSR will submit the issue to a plebiscite. This will be decided by popular vote.

They already have been. The crisis is over, so they provisions ending the restrictions have come into play.

I am, I believe the Floaters are, and if the NRE agrees I believe we would all be settled. Do I take it that you turned down my offer to train your troops in return for turning the Osalon Moons into a private war college?

We will agree to the treaty with the following provisions:

*A garrison force will be allowed in Africa and Arabia, as well as refueling stations for the air force

*The Kokand Treasury will pay for all damages done to civilian equipment in the preemptive nuclear strike on Ionia.

*The Kokand official who ordered the attack will be tried before a panel of neutral powers in international court for war crimes

*The Roman Empire and the Monacoran League will each pay half of the reparations demanded by the NAU for civilians killed by misfires during the bombardment of Africa
