Sounds like the insurance company is giving away money for free though, unless there is a time limit to claiming the prize or something.

Yeah, I noticed how £200 a year is not going to equal anywhere near 100 grand in her lifetime.

Oh really? She carries the burden of proof to show that she is unattractive. The policy said nothing about being young, and there is no objective standard of attractiveness. The insurance company can simply instruct the judges to ask if she is unattractive for her age, and if they do not all concur, she gets nothing.

Insurance companies rarely enter into agreements that they won't win.
