Guys, guys, the only thing that matters is that Mickey Mouse was beaten up. And that's funny.

You don't know them very well. IF the "debate" continues, it will be split/deleted.

Actually, a lot of Anime is quite artistically done. At least those Japanese animators can draw some really beautiful explosions.

Too many american animation studios waste cells on people bouncing like retards during speech.
What? You mean, people actually MOVE when they speak? Oh my GOD, it's like the Twilight Zone! Horror of HORRORS!! People that move, even when they're not throwing a punch or shooting a gun!!

So was Da Vinci's work, but you don't see me calling that animation.

I liked it. Disney deserves some asskicking, you know? :P

And of course, I don't think that "Disney"="All American animation," either. Rumiko Takahashi ripped the whole "Mallet out of nowhere" schtick from Warner in general and Bugs Bunny in particularly, but that's something else entirely.
Don't hate; appreciate!

RIP Eddie.

Not all anime is about fighting, you know. Ah, wait, you wouldn't know, you simply lump all anime into one rashly generalized category.

WTF!? He insulted SSG1!??!?

HEATHEN!!!
There is only one way to punish him! Shove him into a rocket with only enough fuel to make it into orbit, have Jack step into the cockpit and back out again. Shove the little infidel in there, weld the hatch shut and fire him into space. :D

That way, the rocket is cursed by the O'Niell effect, and has no possible way to survive. :P

Anyway, I'm not a big fan of anime movies. Most of you already know that. However, I did like Titan AE, so that has instilled some hope in me for other anime flicks. (The main reasons I liked it is because the story was pretty well done, and the characters didn't have that cheezy porcupine hair style.)

I believe Kelly asked you guys to cease the whole SG-1 thing...

Oh, and just a nitpick: Titan AE wasn't anime, nor did it do well at the box office. It caused the closure of the Fox Animation Studio as a matter of fact, IIRC.

And I suggest that SPOOFE take a look at Metropolis and Spirited Away to see an example of anime animation quality at its highest.

The dreaded Mallet-Out-Of-Nowhere gag!! So funny that even Japanese art-house animators can't resist it!!

Oh my god don't get me started on that show.

"Hey guys, the Decepticons are destroying our base and stealing our uber-cons (or whatever)...oh no! There's a forest fire! Get the water Timmy, Mary, James!"

As far as I'm concered its an alternate timeline or something. Only G1, hte movie and Beast Wars get to exist in my book.

Uh, no. I'm talking about Headmasters, Master Force, and Victory, which reaped quite a bit of profits in Japan soon after the original G1 series quit production. With the success of Beast Wars and Beast Machines (as well as the addiontal series Beast Wars 2 and Beast Wars Neo in Japan), the TF franchise could survive quite well without 'Armada', which, incidentally, I refuse to acknowledge as a TF series .
