When we were still making fun of GK's terrible "Portal," I figured I would try to lure him here so that we could berate him in person. With that in mind, like the little bastard I am, I sent a deceitful letter telling him how much I enjoyed Portal, and hoping that he would come here and tell all of those stupid people at SD.net how dumb they really were. Unfortunately, he has just sent me the following response (more than two months after I sent my letter. To be honest, I had forgotten all about it until he messaged me.):

I used to do that a lot with that very guy. I stopped bothering
a long time ago. He still has a page or two somewhere on his site
about how stupid and awful I am, I think. :-)

I think it's funny how he dismissed Mike's site so rapidly and completely. In any case, looking back on it I think my original note to him was fairly well written. Having taken the time to re-read my message, I think I got just the amount of blind stupidity into my words in order to make a convincing Rabid and Illogical Trekkie.

One also wonders about GK's site. He said that about 95% of the feedback he got on "Portal" was positive. I wonder how much of that mail is just patronizing him, like my letter, and how much of it is for real. The world may never know.

After the Star Destroyer has obliterated the Borg fleet and disabled one cube they accessed the technology databank, found plans for the phase cloak and then the SD goes to cloak!

I say it's better this way.
From what I've seen, the man seems impervious to opposing views, he simply repeats his assumptions and then declares "I hope now you understand."

It could potentially drive everyone crazy.

Frankly, I don't see why it shouldn't be allowed to stay up. As others might say, "Let him broadcast his stupidity!". Not my personal opinion though.
