The life sentence is rough, but he did do a bit of flashing. Speaking of which, flash in websites should be jail for life also.

Stories like this one always amaze me. I'm all for touching yourself and all, but I can't imagine hanging out somewhere in public and deciding to whip it out and toss one off. Must be a pretty whacked kind of guy *snicker*
