Miniature Dogs Chase Off Flasher

BERLIN (Reuters) - A German flasher exposing himself to a woman in a forest was forced to run for cover when she set her three small pug dogs on him, police said on Friday.

Police in the southern town of Straubing said the man, who was about 30, was naked when he surprised the 55-year-old woman with the dogs.

"He had Bermuda shorts and a T-shirt in one hand and his private parts in the other," said police spokesman Klaus Pickel.

The woman spurred the lap dogs into action, one of which bit the man on the calf before he fled through the trees. "The dog was too small to bite him anywhere else," said Pickel. The man is still on the loose.

Mother Fined for Child's Fear of Dentist

BERLIN (Reuters) - A German mother was fined 100 euros ($116.9) because her eight-year-old daughter refused to open her mouth for the school dentist.

"The dentist wanted to check her teeth, but the girl was afraid and refused to open her mouth. So the dentist reported her," a court spokesman in the central town of Wernigerode said on Thursday.

Local authorities imposed the fine on the mother and the court upheld that decision. The mother has agreed to pay the fine.

Wacky indeed. The flasher is an idiot. Flash a woman that has three dogs? Did he not think that there is a good possibility that he'll be bitten?

As for the mother of the kid who refused to open her mouth. It is an offense to refuse to open your mouth to a dentist? What if that girl refused again? Would the mother get jail time?

It was the school's dentist, so it seems to have been some kind of health test for the pupils. If you don't do it, it will get you in trouble.
I'm quite sure there exists a regulation or law for this in our law...

Ah, Germany. The wackiest state in Europe. Only they would start TWO World Wars and get their asses kicked in BOTH of them. Hell, the Italians and Poles thrashed the Germans in the Middle Ages, but Germany kept on fighting. Cool state. I wonder when the German-French rivalry started up?

Unfortunatly the joke in the first story is totally lost on non german speakers.

These dogs are called möpse in german. This also is a word commonly used for womans breasts, especialy large breasts.

The headlines would translate as: "Women scares flasher away with tits"

No, that would make him eligible for the DA itself. Anything which prevents reproduction will get you a DA. He would only get HM if the dog had failed to remove/sufficiently damage them.

1871: France got a smack on the head.
Consequences: 5.000.000 Goldfranc paid to Germany, Germany united, France became mad with revenge-wishes.
1918: Germany capitulate at the end of WW I.
Consequences: France creates a peace treaty which neary strangles Germany and so they help the Fascists. East-France totally destroyed by the war.
1945: End of WW II.
Consequences:
Germany:40 years of dividing Garmany into two states, but ascension to 3rd strongest economic power.
France: Loosing of nearly all colonies. Descending into a middle power in economy, importance and force.

That's really a nice history......
