To throw in my 2c, I've been lurking since July 2002 and just registered recently. I'm kind of shy, I suppose, and I'm scared posting here with the big guys, being younger but without a good grasp of science and logic like HelmockGrey or Alyrium Denryle do.

My first post here was after several days of lurking in the board's first week, telling our first troll and banned member Sithgod to shut the hell up. So I basically just jumped right into debates and discussions.

I've kind of lost my edge since DarkStar was banned, but I'm as fiesty as ever. :mrgreen:

Never poked, not once. Why? I joined in the first week of course. Some day when another message board opens that is as cool as this one and people go there too, I will be one of the SD.Net Great Old Ones (as opposed to the ASVS variety). 'Till that day, rock on newbies. Don't let those pokes slow you down; always follow your dreamsand join SEGNOR!. See Anget Fisher's "hello" thread to see what happens to them.

BTW I am proud poker of newbies everywhere, and a few whiney cranks aren't going slow me down. Don't like the pokes? Stay out of the.....Pokanator!
