Ban him because he essentially supported the illegal hacking of someone's account.

I can't think of a reason to keep a lackey around who exists solely to create discord and funnel information to his butt-buddies. I can't see why he hasn't been banned yet.

Ban him.

Not only has he engaged in pathetic weasaling and accusations against RDJ, now he's nothing but a moronic kissass.

Destroy him, I say.

Ban. Being an accomplice to trolls is just as bad as being one yourself.

I would ban him, for the reasons above mentioned. (the most important for me: he essentially supported the illegal hacking someone's account).

I also would keep an eye on "horatio".

Someone is going to have to lay it out, stupid-simple for me.
"The rifle itself has no moral stature, since it has no will of its own. Naturally, it may be used by evil men for evil purposes, but there are more good men than evil, and while the latter cannot be persuaded to the path of righteousness by propaganda, they can certainly be corrected by good men with rifles."

I'll buck the trend and vote no ban. I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt if Mike is--it's his board, after all. I've read some of what he's posted at TK and he does seem to be genuinely stuck between loyalty to his friends and acting like a decent person here. And we've had trolls shape up into decent members before--Raoul, for one. If he's got the potential to do so and hasn't actively participated in the hack or other trolling, I think he should be allowed to stay.

If, however, the board is going to take action, then ban him--none of this, custom title or board chewtoy childishness. That's fine for the likes of Akira or Sovereign, but this whole TK fiasco is too serious for that.

I haven't been paying close attention, but from what I've seen, he's just holding a very unpopular viewpoint (TK are good people, or something to that affect). Annoying, stupid, but not necessarily ban-worthy. Until I see otherwise, I say "nay!"

The admins have been giving him the benefit of the doubt for some time, yet he keeps it going.

This fool is a double agent

Hand him over to the KGB
"Right now we can tell you a report was filed by the family of a 12 year old boy yesterday afternoon alleging Mr. Michael Jackson of criminal activity. A search warrant has been filed and that search is currently taking place. Mr. Jackson has not been charged with any crime. We cannot specifically address the content of the police report as it is confidential information at the present time, however, we can confirm that Mr. Jackson forced the boy to listen to the Howard Stern show and watch the movie Private Parts over and over again."

We have taken note of this thread and your general feelings toward CaptainChewtoy, and we have decided not to ban him for now. As others have said, we have had other trolls come over here and become decent posters, so we've decided to give him the benefit of the doubt.
