Donnie Darko (great movie, and for a film that grossed about a nickel in the theaters, it's a really nice DVD--widescreen, 2 separate commentary tracks, two theatrical trailers and four 30 second TV spots, 25 deleted scenes, and some other miscellaneous goodies)
The Sting
One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest
Used Cars
Clerks
The Back to the Future Trilogy boxed set
The Simpsons seasons 1 & 2 boxed sets
The Fawlty Towers boxed set (all 12 episodes plus some nice extras)

Unless you really really want it, might as well wait for the Special Edition of Blackhawk down.

I said "Anything by Scorcese," so that covers two of four there. Braveheart sucks ass, but Scarface is definitely a must-have.

Anything by Tarantino, with the exception of that stupid shit "From Dusk 'till Dawn".

*EDIT*

Gaddamnit! I forgot "Nick of Time", an excellent thriller with Johnny Depp and Christpher Walken, played out in real time, both actors doing a heel of a job! If you ever come across this, see it!
