Those strips on the underside of the nacelle struts look like they could be phasers, though that would make the total 5.

That guy seriously screws it up with identifying several of the points on the ship. He labels the port and starboard launchers as RCS thrusters, he fails to identify the ventral/forward launchers, he mistakenly labels two aft torpedo launchers when there are none. Although he does accurately denote only THREE phaser arrays.
