We have one of those. It's not half as scary as you think. Very dull.

I'm in the same boat as TrailerParkJawa. Though you forgot to mention the Santa Cruz area. Especially Downtown Santa Cruz.

When I'm in Lancaster, then I live near the long dark of Morecambe. If I'm at home, then it's the Town of Blyth, where the very air you breath is a poisonous fume, and people wander round quoting Tolkien out of context... the horror, the horror...

My local Mosque keeps making its way on to the national news.

And then just we're anout a mile from Green Lanes in Manor House, where innocent bystanders get killed in driveby gang related shootings. And from Wood Green, wer they found the ricin a few months ago.

I can't think of any evil where I live, but I'm reminded of something my sister told me. She and a friend were driving around (IIRC it was near where they lived) and found a church called St. Lucifer (something tells me that no christian sect recognizes a St. Lucifer) whith blood red stained glass windows.

Since I get rid of the fundies in the neighbourhood...no, nothing plain evil.

Ps: My mother lives 2 streets away...that's evil...sometimes.

BAH! That is nothing! I live in the hometown of one H.P. Lovecraft. This place casts an aura of evil. Hell, Cthulhu delivers my newspaper for chrissakes! :P

Does having 26 acres of wooded property that's the perfect place to dispose of a body count as evil? :?

The girls toilet at the end of my corridor.

What foul things you find there are not to be seen by mortals, only last week we found a sanitary towel left in the middle of the floor. By "we" I mean the girls on my floor did and showed us blokes the horror.

Poor Burkittsville does. Moronic hatfucking idiots went there in droves after the Blair Witch Project became maddeningly popular (I still haven't seen it, btw) and vandalized the fuck out of that poor little town. :(

People suck.

Innsmouth might be a figment of imagination, but in Austria there's a town called Innsbrück.

Living in the suburb, there's really nothing I'd consider "evil". However, my neighbors are all old people. It's practically a retirement community.

Innsbrück and Innsmouth have similar names. I'd like to know if that's keeping tourists away.

[Monty Python] And now on to something completely different: [/Monty Python]

Of scare places where I live, I have an irrational fear of a certain house because I once was hounded by the owner's dog. In fact, I avoid it like residents of Massachusetts avoid Innsmouth and Dunwich.

It's Innsbruck, not Innsbrück.

Innsbruck is one of the most popular skiing area in Austria.

Some christian fundie sect owns quite a few shops/companies here.
There HQ is about 12km away from my home. My hometown also
was ruled by the archbishops for several hundred years.
