It's a book full of quotes from various ST episodes/movies.

Personally, I think most of the quotes are mostly meaningless outside of context, and a lot of them aren't even that notable IN context. It's another cash hole for fanboys to throw money at.

And, for the record, I gleaned this from reading a copy my cousin owns.
