On a tangent, does Chick have that really creepy John Waters moustache that his hero character always has? If so, that's fucking creepy. If not, it's fucking creepy that he always gives that guy that moustache anyways.

Hilarious, especially the numerous references to the South.

South lost the American Civil War, but some people predicts that the South will rise again and win "The Civil War MK 2" or something dumb like that...

Well, Canada's pretty much saturated with US culture. It's pretty much unavoidable for a Canadain to know more about US history than most Americans do...

That's only select bible stories. Now, if the whole bible, INCLUDING CHRONICLES, was to be made into a comic, that'd be something which could rival "Akira" in sheer length.

Actually I think there used to be an illustrated version of the Bible for kids. Basically a big comic book. It was advertised on TV.

How do you explain away the Ressurection? I'm not trying to say that in a "Well, If what you say is true, what about this!?" context, I am genuinly curious.

Why do I need to "explain away" the Resurrection? Are you suggesting that there's some tangible evidence for it besides the testimony of his own followers?

The testimony of his own followers's who never actually saw it, which is even better. Not to mention they can't get their stories straight at all.

From what I remember from school, the Book of Job never really happened (if we assume that the Bible is a literal account). It was more of a side-note included expressly for the purpose of teaching a lesson.

Pretty cool. Y'know, I've had people actually try to convince me that the bible is perfectly accurate based solely on the fact that it has long boring lists.
