With it being reinforced that it cannot be posted on the public forums to keep it away from the youngsters, the fact that where it currently is is negating that. Either it gets moved into an adult only forum, or the little kiddies get kicked out of the BotM until they are of age, or it is deleted.

Those rules refer to explicit pornography; read the registration page. Unless Mike has changed the rules without telling anyone, non-explicit stuff is allowed everywhere, it's concentration is just highest in the BotM, with explicit porn being banned everywhere, not just on the public forums.

Yeah. Like nudity? I know I've seen DW himself post a breast shot and say that's alright, but just for definition's sake, would full frontal (ie, that which "lies beneath") still be allowed? But yeah, there are several less-than-eighteen-year-olds in there. I remember a long time back ver had a thread polling all our ages, but I don't recall if anything was done about it. I think that now no new under-eighteens will be allowed in, but obviously the others are grandfathered in. Hemlock Grey has been in the BotM since before that, hence why he's still in. I don't know about the legality of it, but that's the way it seems to be.
