The idea is fine in principle but the design is all wrong. As far as I can see the blue and red people of this country are still massively over represented. Perhaps we could use a system of proportional representation and update the flag at each census.

God, that's got to be a joke.

Last I checked, the Union Jack meant something, as it represents the union of the countries of England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales, with each of their crosses of being part of the banner (well, except Wales, but they didn't have a flag). Changing that would be stupid and disrespectful.

I mean, whats next, are they going to say that the Cross of St. George is racist against dragons and should be removed from the Union Jack next?
