My mom always does that to me, except the ass part. And probably the "and..." part.

I hum or sing Christmas carols all the time. Except, oddly enough, around Christmas, because I get sick of hearing them so Goddamn much.

I never reuse bath towels. Once I've dried off with one, straight to the laundry it goes. I've been told that's strange. I also have my own bottle of Listerine, the regular yellow kind, because I like that better than the mint flavored types and I know nobody else's lips will be on the bottle.

I write on a manual typewriter. Right now, it's a German-made model called an Aztec 700, built in 1971 if I'm reading the serial number right, but I have a '36 Royal Deluxe that should be arriving any day now. By the way, if anybody has either a Royal Duotone portable (preferably in red) or an Underwood #5 in serviceable condition lying about they don't need, I'm in the market. Actually, any vintage typewriter will do. No electrics, please.

I always carry my wallet and keys in my front left pocket. My cell phone, lighter, pens, and chewing gum go in the right front pocket. Cigarettes go in the right leg pocket, if I have one, or the breast pocket. I do not deviate from this pattern no matter what, and if I do, the result is usually a disaster--I've been known to spend 20 minutes looking for keys that were in the front right pocket instead of the front left.

Wallet in the front left. Keys, lighters, coins, whatever in the front right. Phone preferably in an inside coat pocket but sometimes on a clip if its summer and I need it. :)

Personal quirks? Hmmm.

When I am thinking, I tend to stare at someone. If there isn't a person or animal to look at, my eyes wander. This makes some people uncomfortable, for some reason.

When in someone's car on a clear night, I sometimes wind down the window, stick my head out and stargaze.

When I drive under amber lights, I kiss the tips of my fingers and then smack the ceiling of my car to keep it from going red while I drive under it.

I call yellow lights 'amber' lights. :D

Oh, my dad seems to find it odd that I will burst into song (either pre-existing songs or songs I make up on the spot) at any time, at any place, for just about any reason. I once wrote a lovely little tune about broccoli... I don't find this odd in the least, but he does.

I also sing and dance while I clean. Dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing the bathrooms, washing the windows--all done by the walking caberet that is Zaia. :D

Oh, and my car has a guestbook.

And on the opposite side, you shouldn't need a hammer if you have the freon. Just a rock.

With what I've seen of his beard (remember that pic of him in the kilt?) he desperately needs it :teeth:
I dragged him off to the salon, and he lost 4 inches of hair on top and 2 inches of beard. I intend to keep it that way.

I have this weird hang-up about toasting glasses. I try to avoid it whenever I can, it just makes me feel extremely uncomfortable.

I'm just about the fastest eater you can imagine. I inhale my food and I don't come up for breath.
