let's just say the eniornment is leathal to the unadapted, and the Flora and Fuana are likewise, but after generations humans have adapted (See, warworld, Hellworld, etc)

Hell world humans exist in 40k, at least one chapter of Space and a few chapters of Choas marines "Recruit" from these worlds.

Hellworld humans?? How are they different from normal humans, except for possible deviations in build?? (for example, the dense muscular structure of the people coming from Catachan)

Born and bred on deathworlds... Whats the quote about Catachans? "They are trained to shoot before they can walk." This should give you an idea about why they make good recruiting grounds.

Their immune systems are better, they are larger and stronger, both larger muscles and increased muscle density. their reaction times are lower. They are batter at most physical activities.
